About Sparkling Soul Yoga

I invite you to join me on my wellness journey. I believe that living is a gift and a responsibility, and I embrace a lifestyle that makes movement, health and mental wellbeing a priority. As Sparkling Soul Yoga's founder, I embody balance by engaging in conscious eating, yoga and mindfulness daily. I am committed to helping others achieve the benefits of a healthy lifestyle. I seek to create a safe and supportive space for my students with an open, authentic and honest teaching style.

MY FLOWS ARE EMPOWERING

I like to write creative flows that challenge the body and the mind. They build strength, balance, form and function. My flows are purposeful and intentional. I believe that all movement needs to serve the purpose of betterment - a healthier and more functional life. Having a post graduate degree in exercise physiology in addition to my yoga certifications (including 200 hour yoga teacher training, 50 hour Yin teacher training, 50 hour chair yoga training and yoga for mental health training) creates a synergy that is felt through each and every class and interaction I have with my students.

You have permission to be you. I recognise that every student is unique and our classes are tailor-made to suit your particular needs so you can always expect a personalised experience. I also encourage you to work at your own pace and listen to your own body.

For those who practice with me regularly, our community is aiming for a life that is full of health, full of joy and full of mobility.

MY PRACTICE IS INTENTIONAL 

I like to create holistic flows that engage the whole body. At Sparkling Soul Yoga my flows focus on building strength, enhancing the mind and challenging the limitations that we sometimes set for ourselves. I encourage you to go to further than you ever thought possible. I choose to practice without music and incorporate the sounds of nature so that you have a greater opportunity to tune in to your inner wisdom and hear your inner voice.
