Our Approach

As a dedicated yogi, I have been practicing yoga for over 20 years. At Sparkling Soul Yoga, we believe that yoga is more than just the physical practice or asanas - it is a lifestyle that promotes a whole of body approach encompassing the mind, breath and physical body. Incorporating the teachings of the eight limbs of yoga, including the principle of ahimsa, our classes aim to instil physical and mental strength while respecting individual limitations.

Our practices are focused on making sure that you are living your life in full health, attention is paid to functional movement incorporating exercises to enhance your balance, core poses to support spine health, strength asanas to help you get out of bed and carry the groceries, meditation to help you remain present in life, mudras and mantras to promote gratitude and dedicated time for relaxation to nourish, restore and nurture. Our practices are set in silence, allowing you to focus on staying present and listening to your inner voice. We are here to help you learn to be the best version of yourself.
