I'm the founder of Sparkling Soul Yoga, and I’m excited to invite you to join me in a space where movement, health, and mental well-being take centre stage. Yoga for anxiety, stress and overwhelm
When stressed, anxious and overwhelmed the nervous system becomes over activated leading to the stress response or what is commonly known as fight or flight. When we feel anxious, stressed and/or overwhelmed we can experience panic attacks, hot and cold flushes, inability to concentrate, a racing heart, constant worry, tightening of the chest, feelings of dread, quick breathing or shortness of breath, difficulty sleeping, teeth grinding, problem solving, headaches, racing mind, brain fog, confusion, issues with balance, exhaustion, pain and the list goes on.
