Nourishing Seasonal Lunch
Enjoy a vibrant vegetarian meal crafted to support digestion, internal wellbeing, and the warmth of the summer season. Expect wholesome flavours, fresh produce, cooling herbal teas, and food that nurtures the body from the inside out.

Restorative Yoga for Digestion & Deep Rest
A soothing restorative sequence after lunch to help the body settle, release tension, and support calm digestion. Long holds, soft props, and gentle guidance allow you to fully unwind.

Sound Healing Journey (3–4pm)
The afternoon concludes with an immersive sound healing experience using crystal bowls, chimes, and calming resonant tones. This powerful practice supports emotional release, nervous system regulation, and deep energetic renewal.
